Golden-crowned Kinglet

I took this shot with the camera on a monopod.  These guys are small and fast and don’t give you much time to frame, focus, and shoot.  Taken with my Canon 7D, 1/250, f6.3, ISO640, 400mm, Canon 400mm f5.6L lens, flash fired.
