“My wings look just like my Mom’s!”

Here’s a young American Kestrel giving me a good look at her wingspan.  She allowed me to get fairly close on a couple of different occasions today.   Canon 5D Mark III, 1/1250, f6.3, ISO 500, 500mm, 1:02 p.m., Ridgefield NWR, Sep. 16, 2014.
