I took a drive to the Ridgefield NWR this morning, April 6, 2016, to get my annual shot of our bird that confirms Spring is here–the Common Yellowthroat.  As I drove the 4-mile auto route I heard many of these males sounding off with their unmistakable call.  One of my favorite Warblers for sure!
