At the Ridgefield NWR, Dec. 21, 2017, photographing a young Red-tailed Hawk consuming a mouse it had caught when this mature hawk landed on the tree branch and flushed the younger one. The flushed bird got away with its lunch leaving this older bird to check out my camera lens.
