I shot this in March 2009, at the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge, between posts #2 and #3. The immature eagle was already perched on the branch to the left, when the mature eagle flew up and forced the other one to move. I used the Canon EOS40D, 1/800, f7.1, 400mm, ISO400, Canon 100-400mm lens.
