This is a loooongggg shot even for the 700mm set up and a crop camera, not to mention the lighting is terrible–and it’s a heavily cropped image. But I’ve never captured this behavior between the Northern Harrier (top) and the Red-tailed Hawk. I just wanted to show this behavior. Maybe next time I’ll be closer and add quality to the shot, too.
