It’s been a couple of weeks but I finally got out to the Ridgefield NWR for the day on March 18, 2016. The weather was quite nice with light clouds filtering the sun for much of the day. Today’s picture is of a European Starling on some new growth twigs. These birds are really pretty this time of year.
