Mama GHO

Mama GHO

My granddaughter, Abby, and I came across our resident Mama Great Horned Owl, August 23, 2017, at the Ridgefield NWR.  We were able to photograph her for quite a while from different angles at about 60 feet away and only 15 feet off the ground.

Canon 7D Mark II, 1/400, f4, ISO 1250, 500mm, 6:41 p.m.
