Hundreds (if not thousands) of Tundra Swans blanket Rest Lake at the Ridgefield NWR this time of the year and this is a shot of one coming in for a landing. It’s always fun to see the swans use the refuge for a resting place and a spot to replenish their stamina with much-deserved nutrients from the lake.
