“What did you say, Buddy?”

A juvenile Red-tailed Hawk lands on a refuge sign about twenty feet away.  He then flew to the ground 10 feet from the sign and caught a mouse–almost too close to me for pictures.  This bird seems to need a bath, but he’s a good hunter!
