I’m hoping you can look past the heavy crop on this one, and enjoy the pose provided by this Rough-legged Hawk. The bird didn’t stay perched for more than about 5 seconds so I’m glad I didn’t stop shooting to put on my 1.4x, although the image quality would probably have been better at 700mm.
