Here’s another young bird that I captured at the Ridgefield NWR, Aug. 11, 2015. This is what I believe is a fledgling Song Sparrow. He doesn’t quite have all his feathers in place yet but soon he’ll be as handsome as can be singing a beautiful song.

He’s pretty cute all right. I love it when you get the images of parents, youngsters, etc. Really helps ID for all of us.
