Hovering can be fun!

A third year Bald Eagle decides to hover over a group of American Coots at the Ridgefield NWR, March 23, 2016.  The bird was unsuccessful here and moved to another water area and tried the same tactic again, creating a lot of havoc for the water dwelling creatures.
